![]() Out of total frustration just to have some resolution of just 1 x 2yr long subscription I have ended up with the original subscription being terminated, a refund of the 2nd accounts payment amount, the 2nd new account (that I requested be cancelled) now having an additional year of subscription supposedly added> However while my original 2 year subscription has been terminated the agreed additional year of subscription does not appear to have been added to the 2nd subscription as they said it would - certainly it is not showing up anywhere on my profile/membership pages (showing Trial Account, ending Dec 2022 in profile). Read more ering different solutions but they all focused on retaining the 2nd subscription even though I consistently requested cancellation of the 2nd subscription (created ) & refund. Over then next few days I had constant emails to-ing & fro-ing with different Customer Support people off. On I requested a cancellation of the 2nd subscription and a full refund. On I tried to add a Dedicated IP which led to the establishment of a new 2nd subscription but still no Dedicated IP. Despite some performance matters related to constant dropouts, with their tech support, mostly managed to overcome though ongoing stability was always a problem. I initially commenced a 2 yr Purevpn subscription on Nov 23, 2021. ![]() Once again, we are aware this is not the most ideal way but while we are working with them to streamline this, we highly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter Though legally, PureVPN cannot renew lifetime subscriptions without StackSocial's approval, we are still doing our best in escalating user cases and as you'd have seen, many of them have been resolved. But we are already discussing implementing a more user-friendly renewal method as the current way is not beneficial for either party. We understand that this is in no way ideal for our users & StackSocial's customers to go back n forth to have their concerns resolved and the original deal honored. Read more ll the terms, policies, and authorization of renewals are controlled by StackSocial due to which, their policies need to be followed.
